Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase, that's why we offer a 14-day return policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that socks and caps are non-returnable.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@eclipsar.uk. We'll provide you with the return address and, once we receive the item, we'll process your refund or exchange. Please note that refunds or exchanges may take up to 1-3 working days to be credited back to your original payment method.
